Properties: The outer surface is smooth and the color can vary between white/ochre and orange/brown. The inner part is reddish brown with white veins. The scent is strong and pleasant and reminiscent of garlic.
The size varies from peas to walnuts. This truffle exists in symbiosis with deciduous and coniferous trees.

Storage time

7 - 10 days


Truffles must be stored at a temperature between +2 and +5ºC.
