Characteristics: The outer surface is smooth and the color may vary between white ocher and orange-dark. The inner part is reddish-brown with white veins. The smell is strong and pleasant and resembles garlic.
The size varies from pea to walnut. This truffle coexists in symbiosis with deciduous and coniferous trees.
